What to Expect
TMD treatment is most effective when the root causes of your pain are identified. Upon your first visit, Dr. O’Day will conduct a comprehensive, one-hour consultation. This involves a review of your medical history, physical exam, education on TMJ/TMD, and your personalized treatment and pain management plan.

Please note the following policies:
- Complete the below forms in full prior to your appointment. If the forms are not complete prior to the appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Please bring your insurance card and photo identification to be copied at your appointment.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to know all insurance coverages and copays. Copays are due at the time of service.
- You may take all medications as usual.
